Yeah that is true, like what Ben was talking about on Conan (he looked hott there, the haircut has to stay) but he was talking about how those two older ladies were in front of him arguing about who he should be with.

Ben also mentioned that the Alex/Marissa storyline made fans "freakish" about Ryan/Marissa (like demanding they get back together and such).

The Alex/marissa storyline I didn't mind that much because I knew it was just a stage and was never gonna last. Marissa was just going through some difficult times. But M/A didn't bother me nearly as much as the Ryan/Lindsay storyline did. Grrrr Lindsay.

Lol, I liked Alex/Marissa. The only OC couple other than R/M that I've actually shipped. I mean, she and Ryan would obviously be together eventually, and I actually ENJOYED Alex, as opposed to old Luke, Oliver, Theresa, DJ, Lindsay...

I think Olivia Wilde did a great job playing Alex, I didnt mind her and Marissa together, like Alex said, Ryan and Marissa are one of those couples who will always be a couple, no doubt about that, and they are definetly sticking to her word. Ryan/Linday just flat out made me mad, I have so much to say about Lindsay, but I wont say anything.

You know, the song that plays during "The Distance" phone scene is gorgeous. I barely noticed it when the episode aired because I was semi hysterical. "STUPID SONS OF BITCHES MESSING WITH MY SPOONERS!" LOL. But it's really pretty! I'll have to get it.

I definetely like Alex more than any of those. I liked Malex more during the beginning of their relationship. After Marissa moved in with her and became more unhappy that's when I started realizing that the only person Marissa is truly happy with is Ryan.
