Kimmy is D.J.'s best friend. She was a recurring character from seasons 1-4, and later became a main character in seasons 5-8. Kimmy is also the Tanner's annoying next-door neighbor. Despite her annoying personality, she is very kind and loving towards everyone and treats the Tanner's as if they were her own family.

Kimmy has been married, but also got a divorce. She is now a single mom, raising a teenage daughter, Ramona. She is D.J. Tanner's best friend, so when DJ's husband dies Kimmy moves in to help raise her children.

Andrea Barber was born on July 3, 1976 in Los Angeles, California, USA as Andrea Laura Barber. She is an actress, known for Full House (1987), Days of Our Lives (1983) and Fuller House (2016). She was previously married to Jeremy Rytky.
