First, whips hurt. Second, this is the first time doing 12 double-unders in a row. Whoo Hoo! Does a jump in between still make it count? Just say YES ������������! I’m learning ������. #jumprope
- P.S. some people have said my rope is too long, however I ordered a rope for exactly my height. When I stand on it, it comes just underneath my armpit- which is where it should land. Still think it’s too long? ������

How early is too early to “catch up” on sleep?- asking for a friend ������
