My only concern with this episode about L/P pretending to be together is how this will affect Leonard. Leonard has stated a few times this season that he wants to be with her. They are comfortable with each other now and will this put a rift in that comfort zone. I also don't like when the writers make Leonard look pathetic.

As for S/P which I due find entertaining, Sheldon by leaps and bounds mocks Penny's for what he sees as her lack of intelligence way more than Leonard ever has. It seems that on most episodes Sheldon insults Penny about her lack of knowledge. Of course this is why she often mocks him.

Yeah but considering last taping and getting that glimpse of how Penny still obviously has feelings for Leonard and I am thinking it is no accident that it takes place the week before this one. So maybe she will see she still has feelings for him this is November sweeps after all so I guess I am not too surprised they are doing some LP stuff this month.

Carl I was thinking the same thing about SP, Sheldon just is so awful to Penny the way he belittles her but it does still make me laugh for some reason. , Is that bad?

Of course not Lee.

I'm not expecting them to get back together. I just wonder what the writers will due after episode 8 and 9. Just going off the writers past history I imagine they will have L/P in group scenes not dealing with what has transpired in these two episodes. Of course until we read Roxanne's taping report for Episode 9 this is all speculation. We will find out Wednesday how the writers wrote this episode.

Yes for more group scenes! The guys all turning on each other in The Irish Pub Formulation is easily my favorite scene so far this season.

Well as of right now, just the next 2.

I overslept and didn't get tickets for the taping on the 23rd. I'm still checking the site, though, and hoping that I'll somehow be able to get tickets; it's happened before, so we'll see.
