Popular theory (or maybe it's a fact, not sure) say it's the sheriff of Nottingham.

I saw that post on Tumblr too a couple weeks ago. The thing is that none of the filming reports or images from 2.19 filming showed this actor kissing Emilie. I think this is just speculation that a fan is posting. :shrug:

I think they referred to the scene as intense because Gold beats up Keith with his cane, probably for getting in between him and Lacey. I'm assuming though that whatever happens in that scene outside the bar, Lacey ends up with Gold, probably because she likes that darker side of him. Lacey and Gold have scenes together for the rest of the season after this and they seem to be appearing together a lot so I think they'll be somewhat of a couple after 2.19. In a Paley red carpet interview, Robert Carlyle said that Rumbelle is kind of back together. I think the "kind of" refers to the fact that Belle is Lacey.

I have a feeling the indoor bar scene in the promo images where Lacey is in a blue top takes place the night before the outdoor bar scene. I think Gold convinces her to go on a date with him in that scene and the outdoor bar scene where she is in the purple dress is when he is supposed to pick her up. Gold was a little fancier than normal in that outdoor bar scene, he had a bright purple handkerchief tucked into his breast pocket. He seemed a little dolled up. :)

Thanks! Kind of sad to know that Stevenson filming is over. That means they won't be back there until the next season filming in early July right? Then again, if all the main characters go off to Neverland in the season finale, maybe it will be even longer than that before we see Storybrooke again. Kind of sad for the fans that go out there a lot and share their experiences online with us. I guess this also means we won't get any additional filming reports except for the cast tweeting that they're done filming season 2 since I'm assuming filming for the rest of the week will take place in studio at this point.

YOu could very well be right about the timing, and yes, he is kind of dressed up, lol.

I also wonder about the stuff with Dr. Whale whether Belle is just pretending he's coming on to her because she wants Gold to think that. I hope she's not too dark though. And yeah, I assume they're together from what RC said but I'm hoping they're not sleeping together. I kind of think they are and I'll get over it if it happens, but that's not my number 1 scenario for this.

I'm starting to think that Lacey and The Crocodile will be mirror episodes. Each will start with a nightmare that takes place in Gold's shop (2.04 with Belle's nightmare and 2.19 Gold's nightmare); there will be a caning (2.04 Belle tries to make him stop and 2.19 Lacey encourages him or at least doesn't talk him out of it), and a crisis in Rumbelle's relationship that centers on Mr. Gold being truthful with her (in 2.04 he hides the truth and makes her angry, and in 2.19 he tells her the truth and it makes her angry). In the end of 2.04, Belle leaves him, but in 2.19, Lacey will stay with him.

Which leads me to wonder how the flashbacks will mirror each other. In 2.04 he destroys Milah's heart and in 2.19 he "captures" Belle's? Or is there more than that?

I think you're onto something. I keep remembering Emilie's quote about her wearing the iconic gold dress being both romantic and tragic could be that while Rumbelle flashbacks show her falling for him SB Belle has no memory of him and that's tragic because hes probably going to have to see her getting racy with Keith. I hope it doesn't go too far though. But I could see 2x04 & 2x19 mirroring each other.

the casting news gave the actors name and it said sheriff/Keith.. so pretty certain he's also the Sheriff of Nottingham. I cant link it, I'm at work, but I think it was at the beginning of this thread.



OUATKatya and Lucas4Brooke I think you are both right that this episode will mirror Croc. Keith will be a fool to get "racy" with Lacey. First everyone in SB has to know who Mr Gold is.. and he won't take kindly to any man taking advantage of his girl, especially when she has no memories of her true self.

If he meets the "cane of feels" then he will of had it coming.. :P

Lol, that's what I was thinking when it comes to Gold and Lacey sleeping together. At first I just thought it was just going to be an angst filled drama, but then I thought, Gold's been through enough in the last few weeks...maybe he's earned it. :lol:

Not too sure now, if Belle gets her memories back in the finale. That scene where they filmed outside of his shop with her still in the Lacey dress and both of them looking worried and sad makes me think that maybe she won't. But I think whatever happens, Lacey is sticking with Gold and will start to exhibit more Belle type qualities as she starts to fall in love with him. I think she will go to Neverland with the rest of the group even though a magical land will be completely unfamiliar to her because she will want to do the brave thing for the people she cares about, just like Belle.

He's earned it.:) I don't particularly want him sleeping with "Lacey" but I'll understand if it happens. He has a lot of pent up frustration.;)

I don't know abuot her memories. Belle with her hair different and in the blue coat screams Belle to me rather than Lacey. And Belle is hugging Gold and looking, well, like Belle, so it may be she's just got her memories back and she hasn't had time to change.

Well, The Sheriff of Nottingham was never too bright :lol:, he probably also remembers Mr. Gold=Rumplestiltskin. Oh, he'll definitely have it coming for messing with his girl.

Oh, wait... the caning was in The Outsider. *slaps head* A lot of stuff from this season is starting to run together in my head and I don't have anything pre-Manhattan saved on my DVR because we switched cable providers that week. Still, I can see parallels there.

That's the part I'm wondering if it is mirrored in SB. Belle lets Robin Hood go. Rumple gets mad and makes her go along to watch him kill him, to punish them both, I presume. The Sheriff gets in the way somehow. I wonder if he flirts with Belle in FTL too.

I think Rumple will let RH live though, probably because Belle pleads with him.

But if Keith knows them from FTL, and everyone seems to know that Belle is Gold's girl, then he's not too bright, is he?:)

No he's not, he probably thinks with another part of his anatomy that isn't his brain ;). Yeah, I'm thinking Rum lets him go that's probably how he gets Robin's bow & arrow. Although RH isn't in present day SB from what we know so far so I wonder what happened to him?.
