General Season 4 Spoilers and News:

• Jeff Fahey is joining the cast of Lost, playing a yet unannounced character.
  
• According to Michael Ausiello Lance Reddick has been cast as Arthur.
  
• The new character Arthur Stevens is described as "a very tall and thin corporate recruiter who is smart, capable and ruthless. 'He may smile and his words may sound soothing,' reads the casting notice, 'but their effect can send chills up your spine.'"
  
• Ausiello announced that Ken Leung has been cast in the role of Russell (which might not be the characters actual name).
  
• Two recurring characters are being introduced in the new season. The first is Russell, "a brilliant mathematician in his late thirties who is 'capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields.'" The second is Charlotte, "a hot twentysomething who is said to be 'precocious, loquacious and funny... a very successful academic who also knows how to handle herself in the real world,'" who also has "'lots of repressed and pent-up emotions.'" Russell should make his first appearance in the premiere, and Charlotte the following week. Source: TVGuide.

• Kristin at E! reports that Michael may be returning as a series regular.

As much as I love that Kate tries to stop Sawyer from going with Locke.. Claire's probably stood there like "Wow, thanks for caring about me."

Rumor has it that Claire dies at the end of ep 7 when Jeremy Davies's character pushes her out of a helicopter over the ocean.

If it's true, that's some bull ****. Charlie died so that Claire and Aaron could survive. This cheapens his death in so many ridiculous ways.

I read that. I hope it's a foiler. After Charlie, Claire dying would be all kinds of messed up.

I'm pretty sure it's true, too. Because there really is NO way Claire would willingly give up Aaron. I suppose she could just be presumed dead, but I don't see that happening.

Killing Charlie was harsh enough. But to have the rescue helicopter ride he sacrificed himself for be a death trap for Claire? That's just pure cruelty to the C/C fans.

I really will stop watching if they do that. It's a slap in the face to the actress and the viewers.
