Summary:
The series follows Shaun Murphy, a young surgeon with autism and savant syndrome from a small town, where he had a troubled childhood. He relocates to join the prestigious surgical department at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.

I keep thinking that maybe Lea is related to Glassman. I'm thinking that she's his daughter and is there to keep an eye on Shaun.

It also sadden me that Shaun does not want love. Thought he still likes Lea. All the pain he has gone through has made him wary of love and afraid to get too close to anyone. Dr.Glassman seems to be the exception since he helped raised Shaun.

Dr. Browne having to insist that it was her idea is a huge example of the double standard that exist in hospitals and really everywhere.

I think that boy, Evan, was right. Shaun likes Claire, even though she's a colleague.
The good doctor doth protest too much, methinks.

Ausiello: I doubt we’ll see any characters from House, since Universal owns those, but I would not be surprised at all if an actor from the original show were to check in at some point. In the meantime, I hear one of the rookie hit’s full-time docs will be checking out in the near future, and his/her controversial onscreen exit — which may or may not stick — will set the stage for a big midseason storyline.
