I agree. Look at Laurel in arrow. Its taken her 3 seasons to be BC. So I think and hope Caitlin's evolution is dragged out a bit to make the turn a more emotional one. I think they are doing a good job so far.

I want them to flesh Eddie out a bit but I hope he isn't reverse flash. Its so cliche, especially with him dating Iris.
