Thanks for all the latest! Didn't realize the cast was coming back to work at the end of July---that's pretty late. Guess it's because they worked longer last season to film the bonus episodes. 26 episodes this year is awesome! Really makes up for last season.
As far as Cam's new love interest being someone we've met before. I think I know who it might be. Remember Angela's ex husband? That gorgeous island guy who wouldn't give her a divorce? Remember he came to visit Angela once. Didn't he and Cam end up in the sack before Cam drove him to the airport? Maybe it's that guy! I can't remember his name, but I don't think Angela would be amused if he and Cam became a couple, LOL. And if he was back in the picture, it might stir up old feelings from Angela, making Hodgins jealous. That would make for a whole other story line. Can't wait to see if I'm right about the guy.... |

Thanks for all the latest. I cannot wait for this season to begin for a variety of reasons, mostly because I am so looking forward to the 'darker undertone' of the season that Stephen mentioned.
I love that things will be darker in terms of the relationships, the villains, the murder cases and the science. I have been finding the show just a little too light for my tastes lately, especially the cartoony villains and comic book mysteries. I'm so happy Pelant will be sticking around, and the overall tone will be more serious. I think because it is the eighth season, they need to do something to keep the series fresh. It seems like Hart and Stephen have been re-energized by the Pelant story line, and with some new blood in the writer's room, it looks like season eight will be amazing. Can't wait! Thanks for the latest. Wow, that Ripper episode sounds awesome. It's interesting how the TV Guide reporter knew about it even before David and Emily, lol. Nice to see the writers aren't resting on their laurels going into the eighth season. Sounds like they're going to be diving into some pretty dark and gruesome cases. The more I hear about this season the more excited I get!
