I still love penny. And I admit, I like this more than the I was drunk. But Fake Weddings? How was that even planted in her mind that there was such a thing.

Well, you can stage a "wedding" for your dogs at some places, so...

In the episode with the Howardette wedding, they were talking about getting married in Vegas and Penny said she knew several people who'd gotten married in Vegas.

But I don't think she mentioned the wedding chapels--though that may have been mentioned in the larger conversation.

I don't think she ever implied that she had attended any weddings in Vegas.

Penny: Hey, I know tons of people who got married in Vegas.

OK, perhaps she knows that you can get married in Vegas but she thought they also would offer fake wedding ceremonies...
