good it wasnt just me. I thought it was because my brother watched too much cailou so i picked up the "cat-ness" of the name.

i love how Shizu came to Japan and tried to "blend in" but his blond hair stuck out so much lmao.

I just read the one where Julia shows up at the school and shocks everyone with her declaration and American-style PDA.

Did not like Gilbert at all.

Page 191 in volume 3 was missing...!

I thought Gilbert was ok, i found it amusing how Sano sees him as an mortal enemy.

Julia was totally unrealistic, learning Japanese from TV shows? yeah right.

Yeah. I was just thinking about how unrealistic this manga is, as a whole.

The page was just missing from my download. The guy who attacked Mizuki had just left, and she was asking about him...

Yeah, the story is kind of unreal but aren't mangas that way anyway?

Julia cracks me up. I definately thought that there was something going on between her and Nat (for short because I can't remember how to spell the rest of his name). And Nanba (?) reaction to her was great.

It happens with English all the time. And it's how I've learned some Spanish. I don't think someone can learn a language completely from TV. But it can happen to a certain extent.

Or is it really different with Japanese?

Borders had 1-7. Didn't have the cash for it, but I was really tempted.
