nope, those aren't from the CD insert. the only pictures are the outside cover, the back cover, and then the insert unfolds into a "mini poster"

i take that back, the first picture where he's looking to the side is sort of what the mini poster looks like. but it's all black behind him, there is very subtle lighting.
