I'm kind of wondering if maybe Lowell isn't being very forthcoming about where he's getting his brains so if it turns out he's been lying and getting them from Blaine I wouldn't be surprised if that becomes a hindrance for them

They are cute together, he's giving her hope for a (almost) normal life.. I hope that he doesn't turn out to be horribly disappointing and then breaks her heart.
