If they inject Major with the cure, they'll be sure. Question is: why would he be faking? What does he gain by it? Being off Mr. Boss' radar? Well, he kinda already was because he was 'dead'. Gain Liv & Co.'s trust? Maybe. Ah wait, maybe so that he can't testify in Peyton's case against Mr. Boss. Because, you know, Mr. Boss can't know he's still alive  __________________

yeah the look on his face when he saw mr boss's goons in the basement kinda made me think he knew who they were but then other scenes made me think otherwise. so its hard to tell at this point. hopefully we will learn more next season
