“Blaine’s World” — (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV) LIV FACES A TOUGH DECISION — After discovering new evidence in the Max Rager case, Liv (Rose McIver) and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) pay a visit to Vaughn Du Clark (guest star Steven Weber) at Max Rager HQ. Ravi (Rahul Kohli) continues his search for a cure. Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) makes Liv an offer she can't refuse. Lastly, Major (Robert Buckley) finds himself in an unbelievable situation. Holy crap that was an intense last half.

How brilliant of Liv to cure Blaine. Although, they won't have anymore to test with now, so Ravi's going to be a bit upset.

I screamed when she decided to turn Major. And he had every right to be angry after the fact. Was that the last of the cure she injected him with at the end? I think that was the intent.

And poor Evan. It sucks that he had to be the innocent bystander in all of this. I applaud Liv for being strong enough to say no to a blood transfusion from her.

yeah the cure was enough for two doses. major and blaine.
i understand why major was upset. she should have told him the truth sooner.
and wow. blaine human. thats going to be a problem for his zombie business.
i do feel bad for evan. he was just an innocent bystander like you said. he didnt deserve that to happen to him. wrong place at the wrong time.. and liv isnt able to give him his blood so thats going to cause problems between her and her family im sure

And yeah, as if her mother didn't resent her enough. I wonder if she'll tell her the truth, or keep it hidden and let her live with the resentment.

Yeah, it's going to suck. I'm sure she would be more understanding if she did know, but aside from her actually demonstrating it by going full on Zombie mode, they'd probably assume she was crazy. And how her best friend Peyton took it (as well as Major finding out) I'm not sure if she's too anxious for more people to find out.

Glad that it was what I thought it was though, the guy tasting Liv's blood was enough to turn him.

Now the question will be how Major will react to being human again knowing that the dose he had could have saved a lot more people as well as Liv. Granted I don't see Liv actually being cured until the series is about to end though Oh, and Clive sending someone to test Major for Gunshot residue.

I'm hoping that Peyton will be in next season and that she just doesn't end up moving, granted there hadn't been much time had passed between the last episode and this one, so she just might be laying low and processing.

Though... with Blaine being cured, I have to wonder if it's possible for him to get turned to a Zombie again or if it is like the cure I seen on another show and makes it impossible for you to become one again.

Am I the only person who was left with the impression that Liv's "no" was in reaction to something going wrong with Evan's monitoring equipment and condition and not a refusal to donate her blood?

I'm not going to lie, I'm a little upset with Liv's decision to cure Major...they didn't even wait to see if the rat died again or what's going to happen with Blaine! I'm more afraid for Major now than if she hadn't cured him...

That's true. They're still not sure of the side effects yet. There's a possibility that Major could get sick, or die. Or even turn back as Johnnie had mentioned. The writers really could take it anywhere next season.
