Thanks Matt.

I'm not a comics reader but I do enjoy the MCU. I too had to look up the end credits online after I saw the movie. I have a cousin who's like a walking Marvel encyclopedia and he loves explaining stuff to me.

I think it was a "young" Apocalypse because they probably hadn't chosen the actor yet. I think the Apocalypse we will see in the next movie will be closer to the comics/cartoon.

I just saw this film on Friday, and I've gotta say it was really good. There's a bunch of in-jokes and throwbacks that were good, and the Quicksilver stuff was funny.

That being said though (spoiler tagged for well, spoilers and stuff:

Ellen as Kitty Pride , she was a major part of the movie. Sad that Anna Paquin only a tiny cameo as rogue

I liked this movie a lot. Too bad we couldn't have seen a bit more Rogue though, I wonder why they didn't include her more? I don't read the comics, but The X-Men movies are by far my favorite of the comic genre. I guess that's why I wish we could have seen more Rogue, her and Wolverine were probably the biggest part of the original movie.

Awesome film. It was seeing the cast together (young and old alike) that really made this film the best IMO out of all the Xmen films.

oh my gosh, and can I say that Hugh Jackman's body looked ripped!

Really loved Quicksilver. Hope to see more of him in the sequel.
