how the heck did Suicide Squad make that much money?! i saw it once in the theater, it had moments to be sure but i was meh through a lot of it, saw it once at home on a free redbox code but i'm done with it pretty much. i really only liked Deadshot and HQ because of their interaction, otherwise ugh.

love that gif, more please!

I didn't fancy Suicide Squad too much either.

Great scene!

Honestly, I think most of the DCEU films have been rather crappy including Suicide Squad, that was horrible. For me, only WW, Man of Steel, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises are good films in the DCEU, and Batman Begins was decent too.

I think WW could definitely surpass Suicide Squad in overall box office earnings soon enough, WW has already passed $700 million worldwide in just 4-5 weeks and it still has some countries where the movie has yet to release in I predict it would most likely pass $800 million at least

^ New characters into the DC Cinematic Universe was the draw, mostly Harley Quinn and Joker fans and of course the performances, the majority of the audience was Hispanic and African American along with a very high female audience

Wonder Woman officially passed 'Captain America Winter Soldier' over the weekend

People love comic book characters is part of how ''Suicide Squad'' was so successful, but just because a film doesn't get positive reviews doesn't mean it won't have success. I think in this case it had more to do with Taskforce X as a whole, since Joker isn't really a part of them nor is he very likable & it showed with how he treated Harley in that film. But I think having a diverse cast in ''Suicide Squad'' & the marketing for that film helped make it greatly successful.

the movie has only been released for about 5 weeks in the US and some other countries and it doesn't come out in Japan until August, so sadly we still have to wait several months for it to be released on home video.

I don't get why it's released so late over there. Anyway, a month will fly away quickly

It will most likely be released on DVD in September. Nowadays it only takes movies three or four months to be released on DVD/Blu Ray.
