Well I actually prefer the older movie then this verison. I mean it was just focused on a love interest, which makes me wonder if it was really be Titanic or about love. I think that most believe it's a tragic love story, but Titanic wasn't that. It was a tragic accident that was or could have easily been avoided if the ship makers weren't so damn confident.

The fact that we got into the characters' lives and grew to care about them through their love for each other drew us into the story. Were you expecting a documentary? If so, then your dislike for the movie makes perfect sense. But if not, then I'm really perplexed by your comment.

I loved Titanic! But I didn't like Kal. I realized that he's in Zoolander..haha.
