I'm so glad someone made a thread about this movie. I absolutley love this movie, it is definatly on my top five list!!!!!! The part that gets me the most is when ludo, huggle, and sir didymus want to go with sara to defeat Jareth, but she says she has to go alone. I always want to cry(and i am holding back now) when they "should you need us" awwww, that is just the best scene!!! LABYRINTH RULES!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad theres a thread for this movie. I grew up watching Labyrinth and I love it so much.

My Grandad used to drive Jim Henson around and he gave him a master copy of the movie before it came out. My Grandad passed it on to me and I treasure it.

I loved everything about the movie....the characters, the music, the bizzare places they end up in.

This movie is so incredibly stupid to watch but at the same time I can't help but love certain parts. The worm cracks me up every time. He's just too cute; I love his accent. I also think it is hilarious that when the girl is putting lipstick on the stones to find her way back, those things that turn them over say something like, "Your mother is a ****** ardvark!" really quickly. Those things that chase the Hoggle (??) guy and the girl that are riding bikes on the back are really funny. That one fox guy is so cute too. David Bowie's dancing is a riot in Magic Dance. Why in the world does he push his nose to turn his head in that one scene? Does he think that is sexy? It is scary. I guess my uncle used to go around pulling his pants up really high and dancing saying, "I'm David Bowie!" because of this movie. haha. It's such a classic. It keeps me laughing and reminds me of being a kid.

Love this movie. I tried to buy the soundtrack last year but it was never distributed in Australia. Bugger it!
Love the song so much though! Even though some of the words are hard to understand

Do as I say and I will be your slave!
Erm....okay how does that work?

Labyrinth! YES!

<333

So, has anyone else heard about the story that David Bowie had a sock strategically placed down his pants in Labyrinth?

I loved this movie when I was younger. I use to sing with my sis " you remind me of the baby, what babe, the babe with the power....."

Labyrinth is one of those movies that I have to watch at least once a month...I don't know why...I just love it that much...

I know it's a silly movie, and lots of overacting is going on...but it has such...charm..I guess is the only word that fits...

I, too, am guilty of watching this movie for no reason. It is just a good movie. I like to watch it from time to time, and now my nieces and nephews like it, too.

My nephew Bob, watched it at his other grandmother's house a couple of weeks ago...and asked me if I ever saw it....

I set him straight.

I think I kind of yelled at him...saying that I tried to get him to watch it once, and he wouldn't.
