The Survivor

I am glad some of you liked the movie. But I didn't have a good time. Unfortunately I was kind of let down with the final product.

Aside from childhood nostalgia of seeing Sam, Jeff and Laura all together again and mixing it up with Chris and Bryce. The dinosaur scenes as always were great... But the storyline of the movie was flat with me.

This franchise has been half and half. I've loved Jurassic Park and Jurassic World. Liked Lost World. But didn't care for Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. Out of the six films, this film is 4th.

I never watched the 2nd World cause it looked like a rehash of JP 2

but I think I probably would have similar thoughts if I watched JW 2 and 3

I feel exactly the same way. The first Jurassic Park will always be the best film, I also liked Jurassic World and The Lost World. Fallen Kingdom wasn't that good to me either. I think Jurassic Park 3 is the worst one, but I haven't seen Dominion. I will check it out later to see it for myself, but after all the horrible reviews I'm expecting the worst lol.

I recently saw Jurassic Park: Dominion and was expecting the worst, but I thought the film was okay lol. People also made it sound like the OG three from the first film were barely in it, but they were in it a lot! I didn't care for the locusts, but you still had a lot of dinosaurs in it as well. I was also so happy Alan and Ellie finally got together after almost 30 years lol. So it's not the best film in the world, but I personally don't think it's as bad as it was made out to be. I was surprised, I was expecting it to be SO BAD and I kind of enjoyed it. All I know is, it was way better than Fallen Kingdom (Which is the worst film in the JW trilogy IMO) I may be in the minority, but that's what I think. Of course, NOTHING will ever touch the first film (and it still amazes me the dinosaurs look more real from their film in 1993 than they do in all three of the JW films) They really need to end the Jurassic Park series here, the plots get more and more ridiculous but I expect them to eventually make another one SMH.

I think the other thing that didn't make sense to was Henry Wu. My husband and I watched the second film before, and he was clearly a villain. Like he had no problem profiting off the selling of dinosaurs to dictators, but using . Like what happened between that film and this one that he decided to develop a conscious?
