There's so much hype around the upcoming Lion King motion-capture movie, but my heart will always belong to the 1994 animated version.
Nothing for me can match that long-running scene from where Scar kills his own brother to him manipulating Simba to leave + never come back. Jeremy Irons' acting was SUBLIME.  __________________

I will never get over how attractive this horse is
 #sorrynotsorrythose eyebrows though the fact that he’s voiced by Matt Damon doesn’t hurt either          And so I grew from colt to stallion, as wild and reckless as thunder over the land. Mufasa’s death scene held little to no emotion for me in this one Jonathan Taylor Thomas’s performance in that scene though  |
