Yeah, I think they worked really hard to keep their relationship as hidden as possible until they thought it was really going to work - no matter the reason. (Although I thought the tweet from Candice meant that her parents were clearing out their storage unit since she pointed out something from her teenage years in a pic. My daughter calls us her "rents" in texts.)

Wasn't it Ted (the gossip site dude) who even made the comment when comparing Nina and Ian to some of the other co-star couples that "these two have a different goal for their relationship" or something like that? I'm pretty sure they're known as a solid couple now - hence being able to work together on a red carpet for TVD stuff w/out the occasional slip in hand placement, looks, etc.
