alex, my ankle feels sour now. i put ice pack, rub it with chinese ointment and put chinese bandages on it already. bruises are showing up now .. cuz i feel down the stairs when i was carrying something tot eh basement.. i missed a couple of steps.. it was hard cement like floor

Jas!!! Put ice!!! My sister fell down the stairs a few months ago and had to go to the hospital just to check for any bone misplacements but she's fine.
