I met Hugh twice today!
 We even hugged! OMG. OMG. OMG. I will say more later because I'm out with friends, but I got his autograph. He signed it with a gold sharpie! He took a selfie with me, but when I checked my phone, I realized my camera had messed up and he was already too far down the line to retake it, but I got a video of myself meeting him. He complimented my hat! He is such a sweetheart. By the way, his play was amazing! It was so deep and haunting and parts were even funny. He and the two actresses were excellent.  __________________

Well if anyone has any questions about what he looks like in person, how tall he is, what it was like hugging him, other little observations I made, or more information about the incredible play and performances, I am happy to answer them. I was hoping more people would have actually remembered I was going to his play Thursday and checked the thread to see my experience. Oh well.
 Maybe I'm just impatient but I saw people post in other threads and I was so eager to share this moment with all the posters here. Quote:

The play was amazing, Theresa! So well acted by Hugh, Cush, and Laura, and such an intimate atmosphere! We were only about 15-20 feet away from the stage and by no means did we have a "premium" seat. Basically no matter what seat you had, you were close to the stage.
 We could see their facial expressions clearly and it was surreal to watch Hugh Jackman perform that close to me. His performance was very nuanced and he showed so many different emotions throughout the play from excitement, happiness, and longing to bewilderment, anger, frustration, and sadness. Many parts of the play were funny too, and the actresses had great chemistry with Hugh! Seeing him gut, clean, prepare, and cook a fish was also quite intriguing. The music and atmosphere of the play was haunting and the nature sounds in the background further added to the experience. In fact, the play itself was thought-provoking and parts were a bit spooky. I actually got goose bumps. It was a beautiful production, certainly. And it was so metaphysical that we (me and the people I went with) were all discussing different interpretations for the next couple of days. Jen and Sarah, I'll probably frame it indeed. __________________

That's absolute amazing that no matter where you were that you were close to the stage
very close and amazing, surely sounds personal and greatI truly envy you TC to be that close to him and watch him express all of those expressions. Watch him in action, absolutely love it__________________
