They kill off everybody all the time. If he is dead, he'll probably die in Dark Phoenix.

I don't think they'll kill him in Dark Phoenix. This is about the comics. And it had better not be permanent. I hate it when they kill off characters they don't need to, like Black Widow.

They're going to kill a fan favorite in Dark Phoenix, remember? That was leaked.
And what happens inthe comics often relates to what happens in the films.
It's rarely permanent in the comics. I some cases I wish it was -Bucky, Gwen Stacy, Norman Osborn, etc.

Yeah, but we don't know which character will get killed. And do you think they'll kill off Magneto's son just as he's about to get to know him?

And I told you before that I don't like this tail wagging the dog stuff, where the comics do something so accommodate the films.

If Marvel did kill off Quicksilver in the comics I'm sure it won't be permanent. They killed off Johnny Storm once, remember? That didn't last.

Actually, Gwen Stacy's death was permanent. The Gwen Stacy that's around now is the alternate universe Spider-Gwen character.

Well the other character it's been hinted they'd kill is Magneto himself.

I know you don't like the tail wagging the dog, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I just told you it wouldn't likely be permanent.

They still managed to bring Gwen Stacy back in some form.

I know it won't be permanent, but it's still annoying, sum1.

Evan Peters just made Quicksilver a likable character, something he's never been in the 50 years his character has existed in the comics.

Quicksilver was good fun when Peter David was writing him in X-Factor in the early '90s and that wasn't achieved by making him any nicer. But yes, Evan and Fox have done good work with Quicksilver.
