Uh no he isn't. Thor and Hercules are class 100, which presently means ability to press 100 tons. The Hulk is stronger than that these days, by a good ways. As far back as the late '80s the Hulk beat the crap out of Thor (in a comic written by Stan Lee, no less). Already in the early '80s he was listed a being stronger than Hercules and Thor, though they were briefly listed as being equal later in the decade.

Well, The Hulk's strength increases in proportion to his anger, which has always made his strength difficult to gauge once you get into Class 100, but I did wish they'd have given that limits as well.

Well, back in the 1970s when I first started watching the old 1960s Spider-Man cartoon and started reading Spider-Man comics, he'd only been around for a decade.
