Pretty much. So long as he makes them money, they're gonna keep giving him the go-ahead on his new shows. It doesn't mean that he doesn't ruin every single show he does.

Based on what, though? Because I've heard the opposite.
 I'm not saying people can't or don't enjoy Ryan Murphy shows. What I am saying is that, inevitably, all of his shows are ruined for me by his Ryan Murphy-ness. The same way Shonda Rymes shows are ruined for me by their Shonda-ness. So, when a new show comes out, even if it looks super interesting, if I know that Ryan Murphy is behind it? I really do think about it twice before I start watching. I've been burned. __________________

And she, too, still has plenty of fans and viewers.
So, again, this isn't me saying that no one can like Ryan Murphy (or Shonda Rymes) shows. I just can't seem to sustain any enjoyment of them. __________________
