The Skin, Hair, Body and Make-up thread : "Beauty comes from health!"
There is fashion thread, but I haven’t found any for skin and body care or make-up, so I decided to start one. Well, you may post any beauty tips (face, body, hair) or ask any question you want

My advice-Drink water and lots of it!! I tried it after two of my fav. singers Dido and Deborah Harry both said they drink loads to help their skin and it works!
Also, aviod spicy food if you get bad period pains because it makes them worse. xxx __________________

I use Cetaphil as a cleanser as its good for very sensitve skin, though some people have said that it clogs their pores. I also use when needed Clinque Anti-Blemish wash which is really good |

I've used that as well
Here in Australia with got this shop called Priceline Priceline : you pay less and you can buy all your goodies there. It doesn't stock MAC, Dior etc ... but it is good for everything else I spend way too much money in there and they know me by name |

Kelly I was just thinking Witch Hazel is a really good way to clean your skin. I sometimes put it on with a wipe before I go to bed and the next morning your skin feels really good
