I'm just saying, Henry XVIII didn't "catch" malaria in Egypt, you know?

Nope but even if he divorced England from the Catholic Church and executed his wives he could have caught Malaria in London or has something else entirely!

He only executed two of his wives, the cousins Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard.

But that's precisely the point. He caught malaria at home.

Louis XIV probably had all kinds of STDs. And, back then, the "remedies" for STDs included the application of mercury.

So, you know, there's no reason for Louis to have had a sound mind.

Robespierre didn't even make it to his 40th birthday and he was born in a very violent time all over Europe. Who knows what he might have been like if all those democratic ideas hadn't been swirling around at a time where everyone was starving?

Also, he was a big opponent to slavery so, you know, whatever he was, he couldn't have been all evil.
