I wish you could share them, too.
I put berries on everything. With chicken or fish meals, on ice cream or yogurt, over waffles or oatmeal. I've never juiced them, but that's something else for me to try. __________________

Warning: If you juice the berries, my advice is to dilute the mixture afterwards as it's so concentrated that you don't need much (as there's a lot of fibre in the berries). I only have a small glassful which is diluted a bit, and there are still bits in it as my blender doesn't get it smooth. Put a bit of sugar/sweetener in it though, and it's delicious.

I'd be tempted to make jam before juicing... if for no other reason than I can't think of how to handle all the seeds.

I've never made jam before, but I looked up a recipe for beginner jam-makers which only requires 4 ingredients - blackberries, white sugar, lemon juice and pectin (you can make it without pectin as well). I'd love to try it and I just need to buy some white sugar, as all mine is brown demerera.

My version of jam is fruit, any kind of sugar and a bit of acide (lemon or orange juice).
I am not into making things difficult for myself and I just want yumminess. __________________

Yes, I'm like that too. I experiment with food a lot, but with easy things, unusual combinations etc. I have a lot of food which needs using up, so I find different ways to use it.

I once bought an artisanal jar of homemade jam at a crafts fair. I have no idea what I was expecting, but when I got home, it was just liquid-y fruit and sugar.
Ever since, I've been rather direct in my jam-making. If people can justify selling stewed fruit as jam, then why can't I just make my own? __________________

I agree. I love that you know exactly what's in your own jam too, and you can make it more or less sugary etc. I'm going to freeze most of the berries I pick now, so I can save them for jam making. Here I am before going out on Tuesday. After my medical appointments my friend and I went to Selby Garden Centre. They used to have a small cafe inside and now it's a huge restaurant. My meal was delicious - I had a cheese and caramelised onion sandwich on malted bread, with salad and what I think were hand-cooked crisps (chips). __________________

Well, you looked freaking fab. I wish I had your sense of style.
I'm okay with my own style, if I'm honest. I just think you have outfits (wigs and all) that look like it's your job to look amazing. __________________

Thanks, Sunny and Norman! The top is new and so is the dress, which is knee-length and faux leather, like the top. I wore my new patent faux leather heels too. They were all cheap from Aliexpress, where I get a lot of my clothes.
Sunny, I bet you have a great style. I rarely go out, so when I do I like to dress up, wear make up etc. At home I don't wear make up or wigs, but I've started wearing some of my outdoor clothes inside, when the weather permits. We have another heatwave, so I'm wearing my red maxi dress now. __________________

I mostly have office wear. Like I said, I don't think it's bad. It's just a bit preppy.
I don't do suits, though, The vests give me headaches and I'm a bit too curvy to pull off the look. __________________
