Try adding a few lemon slices.

The combination I have is okay, today is the official of 24 hours so I will see how it is. When I chopped the fruits, I did it in slices and left some of the juice on the plate to put in the large mason jar. I will be adding some strawberries to it, depending on what it tastes like after today. I can usually get two complete fill ups before new fresh fruit and combination takes place.

I think when I do the apple pear again, I'll toss in a Granny Smith apple too that's should give it a stronger flavor.

I can get 2 to 3 fill ups per pitcher. Depends on how much I drink on yhe first day

Cucumber mint is also on my wanna try list

For most people the weekend fruit cleanse is certainly a step in the right direction. None-the-less, if you eat animal products and packages foods you still may struggle with this, so even starting with a half day cleanse is better than nothing. Starting the day with 2 liters of water is also good.

Watermelon fasts are always good. 1 day, 2 day, or longer for experienced people work wonders.
Quick question about water - Why is starting the day with 2 liters beneficial? I always try to drink a lot of water but I was just wondering if you had information as to why that is helpful in the morning. Simply interested!

Thank you

Granny Smiths help!

Yes, Cucumber and Mint is an awesome one.

I ended up adding strawberries to my orange, apple, peace, lime, lemon mixture.
