Ugh, I have to finish my assignment today and tomorrow.... Plus I remembered that I have to write a chapter summary tonight in order to prepare for my class presentation in three weeks. Oi.

Man, you sound like you're in about the same boat as I am at the moment, Michelle... For me, my biggest pain in the ass class at the moment seem to be English, where I have to get cracking on a research paper that's due in a month...the one that the questionnaire I posted here a few days ago is in connection with...and then I have to present it to the class for 10-15 minutes... Add that to the fact that I've always hated public speaking, and I'm not exactly looking forward to it... And the fact that I have a demonstration presentation to do for the same class on Thursday isn't exactly the most thrilling prospect either...

I'm just going to tell my group mates that I have been working on this assignment all week long and including family commitments I did not have the time to work on it. I hope they understand.

I hope they understood as well...

I managed to get through the demonstration presentation...made chewy chocolate chip cookies... Think it went okay, though I probably could've done better. Didn't feel as organized in doing it as I might have hoped... Still, it's over and done with.

Now all that's left for English is the second test on APA formatting, continuing the write up of the research paper, and presenting it and the class is pretty much finished...

Have another test tomorrow in Terminology as well, which should be interesting...

Ugh. I have this 50% term assignment thats due in December. We are supposed to hand in a 1-2pg summary of where we are with it right now, problems we have encountered, ect....on Monday.

How do I write a 1-2pg summary on nothing?

Awww Catherine... I definitely feel for you there...after all, I'm at the point where all kinds of new work is still being lumped on me at the moment, which has to be at least just as annoying... Hopefully you're able to get something decent together for them on Monday...

I have to do a presentation for my Geology class on mirages and rainbows after Thanksgiving break (probably Nov. 29th) and I haven't found that much info on it yet. That coupled with the fact that I don't like giving presentations because I get sooo nervous (and I sing in my school choir, but performing is different) and then we have our final in that class, which is purely essay questions. I'm HORRIBLE with those kinds of exams! And midterms start Dec. 10th for me. Oh, joy.

I have tons of papers to do. I'm working on a history essay, of which I received an extention on because my dad has been sick in the last few days and I am helping around the house (his heart). Then I have to do a Research Methods assignment which is due next Friday so I have a while to do that. Then I have my last Youth Crime assignment to do which will be extremely easy as I already have the subject of the paper to write about. Then it's just two finals, one of which is a take home exam... and then one month of holidays! Yay!

Hi people.
Newbie here and ready to talk about university. I've just finished my first year [ok, I still have some finals to do next week] and I realized I'm not doing the right course (uh, it's right to say it? Sometimes I get in doubt about somethings >.<) which is Biology. I'm totally freaking out cause I was thought I wanted to be a biologist but now it changed and I don't know what other course to do. It's sad.
