Here is a stray cat that ended up living in my yard. He was the most nervous cat you have ever seen, and each time l come within 15 feet of him he would run off. He spent months living outside and often hiding in bushes at the back of the yard. l never thought he would ever be brave enough to be near anyone. About two months ago l actually got to touch him (miracle), but he was still very very nervous. About a month ago he eventually came inside but he was still very nervous.

Look at him now! He is only 5 months and he is so big and long. The only problem is that my other cat feels really put out and she'll often box him over the ears and growl at him. She also isn't as social as she used to be since this new cat has come onto the scene.

Here is Socksy Alowishus Pongo stretched out on the couch. l normally like to cover my couch with cloth because he claws my beautiful Queen Anne couch, but fortunately he doesn't lose hair like my other cat Aristotle. Notice Socksy's rabbit feet (short and stubby and shabby furred feet, + his feet curl under his body like a rabbits too).


Both cats are named after old cats l used to have. Aristotle (female cat with beautiful fur)) only has a first name, but Socksy has a corporate title of Ms Socksy Alowishus Pongo despite being a male.

lt is very hard for me having animals inside (especially on the couch) because l am extremely hygenic, but l can't leave them outside at night because that is irresponsible.

Here is a picture l took this morning of Socksy standing by a bunch of toadstools.


Anytime a stranger comes into the yard he sprints away and hides in the bushes. Evenstill he gets nervous with me, but he is 1,000 times better than he was.

Socksy has the softest silkiest fur you could feel. His dad lives across the road and looks just like him, that's how l know it's his dad. There is just something about Socksy...l believe he has known me in a previous life and l feel that he was previously a human and is now inside a cats body. l often look into his eyes and ask him who's behind that wonderful fur, i've never come across an animal like it...it sems like there is a human inside...there is something very unusual about his eyes, he seems very conscious of what is going on and is not really a cat at all. Somebody is in that fur and l haven't been able to work out who it is yet.

Cats are such funny animals, all they seem to do is lay about on their side spread out. But they don't lay down for a while, they lay down all day and night. Aristotle gets up for a hour and just sits around, but it obviously is too much hard work for her so she needs to recover by having an 18 hour sleep. l wonder why cats need to sleep so much, it's not as if they work very hard.

Through settings I altered the original. It was 4am when I did that not realizing I altered the original photographs.
