Big story of the day (for me) is that just about all cars Mitsubishi sold in the last 10 years have been recalled for various issues, that around half a million cars... and mines on the list. It will be checked Monday.

Thanks for the new thread

Sucks about the recall hope it's an easy fix, my parents just went through the major airbag recall. It's insane the amount of recalls that going out.

Won't cost me anything but a little time, drop it off Monday morning and get it back by lunch time, good thing the Mitsy dealer is around the corner from where I'll be Monday.

That's good and after its checked out you won't have to worry about it.

I'm all achey right now, pruned some of my trees and then helped my sister move some stuff to their new place.

So no new government yet?

The new senate should be interesting to say the least LOL

Going to the doctor tomorrow, decided to lay off the pain killers today to see if it is any worse tomorrow morning when I go. Right now it feels okay but still a bit tight.

Did some minor work on the car lately, new (used) instrument cluster which is better than the old one and cleaned up interior with a new boot around the gear leaver, looks much better than the stock one.

Some sad news my Nephew is missing, he went out last Sunday night (July 3rd) and has not been heard from since. He has not accessed his FaceBook or used his iPhone. We are really worried about his well-being and want his to contact us to let us know he is okay.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact local police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Missing man, Little Mountain - Queensland Police News

ETA - wasn't a good outcome, he was found on the 9th RIP Jay.

Some happier news, used my tax refund to get this for my car, installed it yesterday.
So cool, 10 inch screen, it's basically an Android tablet for the car with radio, music and video playback via USB, it has no DVD drive. GPS and reverse camera with built in WiFi and BT. And it's all purpose built to fit the CJ Lancer! Still got to wire up the rev cam but I'm really happy with it so far.
