I too bought four tops yesterday - I love shopping for clothes.

So it's past 3 am and I'm terribly bored, but also half-watching a DVD. But I've seen The Tall Guy a couple of times already, and the surprisingly graphic yet hilarious sex scene never fails to make me laugh either. Interesting how this was Richard Curtis's screenwriting debut, I think it was. It's a typical Curtis film: very British in humour (which I love), great cast (aw, Emma Thompson in one of her earliest films), set in London, saccharine ending, lots of sex and nudity and much swearing.

I think most of his films do follow the formula. The Tall Guy, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill, Bridget Jones's Diary, Love Actually and Bridget Jones The Edge Of Reason. ...so, yup. Huh. All but one movie featured Hugh Grant.
