I just scanned with Adware and I got 4 things too.

I don't know. As I just deleted them without looking. I'll run it again to see if I get anything else.

I don't see why not. As Adware doesn't slow me down, so I run it when I'm online.

I usually run Nortons before I go on the net. I boot up the computer like 30 minutes before I connect

I just scanned with Adware and I got this Data Miner files come up

I've had that one before, but not when I just scanned I jsut got Data Miner, Type Reg Key and thread level 3 or something

When I'm scanning with Ad-Aware, I'm getting 42 critical objects, and they are all classified under 'Data Miner'... um...what does that mean?

Do I need to delete them?

And yes, I too get target.net and gator everytime I come to FF. They are tracking cookies associated with the ad/banner hosting. I just delete them when I run my scans.
