You *coughed* all of 'The Walking Dead' did you? It is only 6 episodes for season 1, been renewed for a second season. Pretty awesome for a Zombie tv series, not been one of those ever before. Been plenty of Vampire tv series but never a successful Zombie tv series - until now. The second season starts on Halloween 2011, season 1 started on Halloween this year.
Craig, another good example for your nephew is that in his gaming perspective - ALL mobile phones should be locked into only having buttons NO touch screens. __________________

The 2Tb is a separate HDD, still have the 160Gb as the C drive. The was no power surge as if it had restarted then I would have had to log back in. I'm not going to worry until Monday at the earliest I might give it a restart to see how it goes, might run the built in XP test through the properties window.
Yeah Clint he does have an iPhone4 and plays a driving game. He might get a shock when goes for his driving license and realizes how much work there is in driving a real car. BTW it doesn't look like iiNet or Westnet will have the data free day next Saturday __________________

Netty, you will enjoy the ride! Let me know what you think without spoiling Craig.
Then all things considered he should be using a mobile with buttons not a touch screen - he is a hypocrite. Claims to prefer older methods of using a device yet in another device uses newer methods. The newer methods with games works well on some games - that is when you use it - not ALL games. I hope he is wise enough to not place that mobile into a slide-in case - it will probably crack or shatter the glass backing plate. What? They have always had that ever since I have been with them - over 6 years now... __________________

Well thats what they are saying over on Whirlpool but maybe they are not advertising it. Apparently there were performance issues for some last year.

Yeah, my internet was so slow as everyone had the same idea of grabbing as much free stuff as they could!
Netty, keep in mind as you watch the first episode of 'The Walking Dead' that this series was written a few years before the film '28 Days Later' was written. Besides, in that film they are not zombies but infected by 'Rage' and can run, these are 'Zombies' in 'The Walking Dead'. So no running for them. __________________

Why does the US insist of copying everyone else?
We Cast ABC’s BEING ERICA Reboot - TV.com I mean it's a cute show which airs here on ABC and the Canadian original already airs in the US so why do a remake? I give it less than a season before ABC (in the US) pulls it! __________________

*Runs out to buy a new xBox ETA - okay just had to do a restart of the PC (it was running slow for some unknown reason) and all went well, no chkdisk warning. But like I said I don't think the new HDD has any problems as it passed the WD scan check that took 6 hours to complete. BTW I've seen some external 2Tb HDDs now for less than $150! I remember not that long ago when 120Gb was considered a big HDD, now you can get that on a thumb drive! Yeah Clint I'd love a SSD but 1) they are too expensive and b) they are too small. Why did you think I just got the 2Tb HDD? __________________

Perv Craig.
Netty, did you watch any of The Walking Dead? I remember when an 80GB HDD was huge 5 7 years ago. Yes Craig, I know you have still got an ancient and useless 20MB HDD somewhere... The smallest HDD I had was 256MB the smallest one I still have is 6.1GB. __________________

This is probably showing my age but remember taking a 10Mb SCSI HDD to school once and it was only once as it was heavy and a pain to carry around. 10Mb that's enough space for 2 or 3 songs now how things have moved on, now I have a phone with 16Gb of storage, that's way more powerful than the computer we used the SCSI drive on. __________________

With Kinect you will not strain so much for you do not have to clench hard onto the Wiimote - you have no controllers to hold. Even the PS3 Move is a Wiimote rip-off.
Craig, the Eagle that "landed" on the moon in 1969 had less processing power than a digital watch from 20 years ago has... I am still researching phones and waiting for a mass-production Projector Android phone to come out. The Samsung Galaxy Beam only was released in South Korea and Singapore so far... Most of the phones you can upgrade the storage up to 32GB MicroSD. So if it has internal 16GB + 32GB MicroSD that = 48GB - heaps for a phone. Plus most have 8MP rear cameras and 3-5MP front, 720p 30-60FPS video etc etc etc - but I would like the added bonus of viewing my videos as a projections so ALL around me can see my video without looking at a small phone screen (even the big phone screens are small compared to a projected screen...) If I imported a Beam from S Korea it'd have a menu in Korean with no English so useless. Singapore is a country where they speak local dialect and English evenly they even change language mid-sentence. So they should have English in their menus on their versions of the Beam... The Samsung Galaxy Beam came out over 6 months ago. The projected video has a total battery time of 3.5 hours and is equal to a 50" (inch) 720p HD tv. __________________

My 32" LG TV cost about $1100 3 years ago, a bargain at the time but now you can get the same size LG TV with a better screen for half the price. ETA - With the 2Tb HDD the only issue I have now is if I needed to back it up it would take almost 24 hours to copy a full drive over, can't wait for faster USB3 to become main stream, my G5 has FW800 which is about 2x the speed of USB2 but the PC only has USB2 ports and no way will it take USB3 upgrades. __________________
