I'm not sure about her name but I don't think she is really popular, she is always acting in quirky English-speaking supporting roles on Channel 5. And she has acted in Oh Carol!, an English local sitcom recently aired here, I'm not sure if you have seen it.

the only supporting actress i know from Oh Carol! is Vernata Lopez. is it her?
