I think I like Jake with shorter hair. That's how I always imagined him, makes him more Steven Strait-y in my mind.

same here...even while i was reading eclipse and new moon steven was who i pictured as jacob (after he became my favorite werewolf)

He only has long hair as a wolf in Eclipse when he grows out his hair again (he thinks, Bella would like it more that way).

that was and I think she did like it longer because when it was shorter she didn't like it as much.

i think she didnt like it shorter cuz thats when he was ignoring her cuz he had just turned....and the shorter hair represented him trying to be like sam (who she didnt really like in the beginning)

I hope so! I think I remember something about an interview with SM saying she REALLY liked the character of Jacob, so hopefully she will give him a happy ending.

it still breaks my heart to think of Jacob in wolf form and off wandering on his own at the end of Eclipse.

I'm really hoping for some decent Jacob storyline in Breaking Dawn.

I think he needs to come back and yes, I also heard she really liked Jacob as a character! I hope that gives us something on him on the "Quote of the Day".

yeah I can't imagine that he wouldn't get some type of happy ending. She seems to love the character I know she wrote a bit from his pov hoping that people would understand the character better because she didn't like all the hate he was getting.
