Beau Bridges and Christian Slater both admitted to having little to no interest in video games when they were cast in the film. They played games during filming and both grew to become fans.

I still don't have much interest in video games even after watching this. They didn't sell me.

I am sure I would of wanted the glove. I just didn't get too involved because I knew I wouldn't get that stuff.

I finally watched this. Not going to change my life or anything, but I liked it. It was fun and had that 80's vibe and feel we all like. I don't know why it took me so long to watch it.
