I think they would. It might not even have to be on ABC. It could be Nick at Nite or something. Somewhere!

I think it works really well especially for the younger kids. But then again with things like DVR and Netflix people can watch them at any time instead of watching live with their families!

I think that is also part of the problem. You don't have to watch live. You don't have to be all together. Just collect them all on DVR of Netflix and wham bam! Done. It's just not the same.

This is true. Technology has been said to isolate people.

I think that people wouldn't be so quick to look for alternatives to t.v. if networks had better programming.

ABC tried to bring back TGIF in the 2000's. If I remember correctly it was two sitcoms and America's Funniest Home Videos (AFHV). I think AFHV then got replaced by a drama or reality show.

Better programming is definitely key. I see a lot of the same thing.

NBC is reviving "Must See TV" this fall, so I think it's only fair that ABC revive TGIF!
