I always appreciated this show because I found it more realistic. It was nice to see a normal family that struggles with bills, and life in general, rather than everybody be well off. I felt I could relate to it.

Exactly! Not that I didn't love other shows that were the opposite of it, but it was a nice picture of how others lived. They weren't pretty "TV People" who had the nicest of houses and so on. It felt like it could be you.

Yes! I still feel like it could be me, because let's face it, I still am figuring out life and struggling in some aspects.

And that brought so many other real shows to life. Look at Home Improvement

Yes, that's a perfect example. Roseanne started it all, it will be interesting to see it brought back and see if it still has that same feel.
