My weekend was amazing. In a long time I've hadn't had this good time and felt so little anxiety being with a new crowd. And it was good food as well as amazing bike ride.
And now I'm officially vacay  How's everyone else? __________________

Not so good then. But at least the cold weather should be gone. I find suffering from cold easier to overcome in warm times than cold.
Hope you'll get better soon. Also I'm gonna try out new nail technique- fiberglass strands extensions. Found on instagram and now I wanna see if that works better on my fingernails. Gel is 50/50 and acrylic is like 70/30 but tips is like 30/70 of luck because nothing really sticks to my nails. Hope this is way better off. __________________

Eww, I'm scared of flu. I hope you're better already.
For some reason it feels like Europe gets told they can die from flue while Americans are like ''meh, just flu, like cold'' and I'm already panicking over annual flu shot missing me. How come such a different attitude to the same illness across the world?  __________________

I'm sorry Jen.
 I am worn out from the past 3 days of appointments. It was raining Monday, luckily it was just drizzling when I left, but it was raining hard when I came home. I didn't mind because I have dry clothes in the house. Tuesday I had 2 appointments at my house, and then yesterday I went to my diabetes educator and she was very pleased with my numbers of my blood sugar testing. I am on a steroid and will be for the rest of my life and it raises your blood sugars. 1 time it was so high, 595, but now it is under 200 and she likes that. She gave me recipes for chili and crab soup. I plan on making them soon. I am going to Walmart sometime this weekend. I need food in the house. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful week. Well, my nation is kinda creepy about flu. You grow up hearing all the scary crap and then you get pulled to collective class flu shot tour if you never did by yourself. And then all news reports keep calling numbers of people died from flu or suffering some complication and being stuck at hospital. Then comes the Western movies and literally we see the flu being passed off as if it was common cold. And now it's kinda bugging me. Every year it comes in different form and behavior and each year somebody gets sick and either ends up at hospital or dies or like sleeps at home for two months until back at work. I mean I get that not all illnesses affect everyone same way. people react differently and suffers the way the do but I'm just confused by cultural differences towards the flu. Boggles my mind same way Bones can't figure out Kirk (umm... just ST reference from my most recent fandom obsession streak...)  __________________

Thanks so much.
 I went to Walmart yesterday. I bought food and some essentials for the house. I tried to get into my wheelchair from the cab and I did it with Jade's help and then onto my front steps the same way. I won't do it inside my house the distance from the steps to my wheelchair is too far, I will continue to use my transfer board. Donna __________________

I am, but it will still take me a while to get my legs back to how they were. I will be on more medications than I have before due to the muscle disorder.
