Finally got season 1 done.


- Holy cow is it good! It's not just nostalgic (which it handles really well), but it is just great on it's own. Absolutely wonderful show.

- You feel for Johnny (even though he is still quite rough around the edges) and feel Daniel is kind of a jerk a lot. Ralph and William are so good. Seriously, there needs to be a Zabka renaissance because of this.

- I wasn't expecting the show to be as funny it was either.

- It's interesting by the end. You start out liking and rooting for Miguel, but at the end you were liking and rooting for Robby and Johnny because Miguel changed. He was Cobra Kai'd. Not as much as Hawk though.

- Mrs. LaRusso and Daniel's wife. We need more of that. Loved seeing her again.

- Kreese at the end and Mr. Miyagi's place! Holy smokes!

- I liked Samantha LaRusso.

- All of the little flashbacks to the original films was cool. I hear there is more (and more familiar faces in season 2).

All in all, it was fantastic. The hype and reviews lived up to it. I enjoyed the heck out of it. I can't wait for season 2. Also, I heard in an interview a few months ago where Elisabeth Shue, "Ali", said "A deal was offered and Ali with an 'i' may live again soon."
