That is true. Plus, the new actress came on so late and only had a half season to work with. Hardly enough time to get settled and make an impression. It was just odd. Why leave halfway through a season? The Christmas episode in season 9 was the original Harriet's last episode.

Clever writing could have taken care of it instead of recasting.

I guess. I think it was best to re-cast even if we didn't like it because making up excuses for her to be gone for half a season would of been weird and gotten old.

Well, this is certainly interesting. Jaleel White is going to reprise the role of Steve Urkel (albeit just in voice form) as a guest star on a new "Scooby Doo" show on Boomerang Toons. It is called "Scooby Doo And Guess Who?" and has the gang solving mysteries with celebrities. One of them will be with Urkel!

Me too. I don't think I have that channel though. Anyways, I am surprised. Even if it is just his voice, I didn't expect Jaleel to return to the role. That being said, I have always wondered over the years if he could still even do the voice or not. I am very intrigued to hear.
