Thread #3 for the 1986 horror B-movie. A handful of young adults stay behind in a shopping mall after it closes to party. Unfortunately for them, lightning strikes the mall and turns their security bots into homicidal killers.

Trailer:

The film takes place in the old Sherman Oaks Galleria, the famed shopping mall also seen in "Fast Times At Ridgemont High" and "Commando".
