They are mostly upset because CP is the only major horror franchise from back in the day that hasn't been rebooted. They may no longer be going to theaters, but the original franchise has continued with new movies on DVD/Blu-ray and it was quite an achievement. We want that to continue and, because of different "rights", it still will, but no one wants this added competition now.
