read that yesterday and my immediate thought was...YES. Dwayne Johnson I've been following BEFORE he debuted in WWE wrestling in 1997 (1996?) so I've watched him as a scrawny teen playing football for Miami and then turn to world champion wrestler and slowly making his way up the movie ladder. He's funny as hell, a great action star, humble in real life and just nice to every fan he meets. Not letting celebrity go to his head, he's a go to guy for movie ideas and this one is something i can get on board with. This movie is both action and funny and The Rock can provide just that. That's coming from me...someone who literally worships John Carpenter, too.

I don't know much about the guy.

I pretty much summed it up, lol. Third generation wrestler, one of the biggest of all times turned to hollywood and occasionally comes back to wrestling in between filming. The guy is a machine. He sleeps like 2 hours a night. Wakes up at 4am every day to work out before he does whatever he does around the world. It's insane how big he is now.

Okay. Not sure I have an opinion on him.

He always seems like a good guy with charm up the wazzoo, but I can't say I have seen much of anything he has done.

I saw this in theaters 4 times and became one of my favorite fantasy flicks. Such a fun mix of adventure, comedy and fantasy with martial arts combined together with imagination and fun.

I had a crush on Gracie Law and Miao Yin as a kid and Kurt Russell was badass in this movie, the special effects were remarkable.

Who else thought Thunder looked like a garbage pail kid when he was about to explode? and was that salad he blew out?

He did look like a GPK now that you mention it! Lol.

And did you too thought that was salad he blew out from his body? im sure he was a vegetarian.
