Just imagine - this movie almost starred Sylvester Stallone! Don't get me wrong, love Sly, but it wouldn't of been the movie (or the comedy) we know and love.

Sly also wrote out the comedy. When Eddie got the script, most of his lines and humor wasn't even in the script. It was all mostly Eddie improvising. That is what made it so special and why the sequels didn't quite have that. The sequels were written for Eddie, trying to speak like him, while the first script wasn't written for him and he ad-libbed.

I can't remember if I saw this in a movie theater or a drive-in. Or both. Lol. I remember an image of it at a drive in. We had a drive in a few blocks away from our house and we would walk down there at night sometimes. I may of caught a glimpse of it on the screen.
