Better Off Dead(1985) - "Two Dollars!!!"
 "Better Off Dead" is a hysterical, underrated comedy starring John Cusack as Lane Meyer, a suicidal teen who thinks his life is over when his girlfriend dumps him. He then meets and falls for a french foreign exchange student staying across the street. Unfortunately, her host family's son Ricky is being set up as her new beau as well.  The movie also stars Curtis Armstrong ("Revenge Of The Nerds"), Dan Schneider ("Head Of The Class"), Amanda Wyss ("Fast Times At Ridgemont High", "A Nightmare On Elm Street"), Diane Franklin ("The Last American Virgin"), David Ogden Stiers ("M*A*S*H*"), and Vincent Schiavelli ("Fast Times At Ridgemont High"). i love this movie!! seriously one of the funniest of the decade! my brother in law and i quote it all the time. john cusack is the best

I love this movie. Probably my favorite 80's movie. I remember I first saw it because my brother had it on VHS. I ended up taking it and I never gave it back to him.
 I made one of my friends watch it a few weeks ago because they had never seen it. Such a funny movie.  __________________
